Perhaps you are already aware that one of the most sought after companies to work for today is Google. It is impressive to see the number of job applications Google receives daily. It is very apparent that a lot of people want to work for Google. Why?  If should be obvious that pay is not the only thing people work for. Employees are looking for other returns to justify time and energy they devote to the company.  Here is the key for you! You can best differentiate yourself as an employer of choice through the non-financial components you provide. And notice that they do not have to cost an arm and a leg.  In addition to a paycheck, employees are looking for:

•Ambience of their working Environment Writing this article, I am sitting on an airplane flying home from Sacramento, where I have been working and meeting with 11 companies.
