Americas Watchdog Invites Residential Construction Defect Attorneys Nationwide To Join In Its Construction Defect Initiative

Americas Watchdog's Homeowner Consumer Center is one of the premier homeowners advocacy groups in the United States. According to the group, "One of our biggest problems is trying to find construction defect law firms to help owners of condominiums, or homeowners in larger sub divisions. Because of this, we are going to build a state by state team of the best construction defect law firms in the nation. We are inviting the best residential construction defect law firms in the nation to join us in this very important consumer effort, and we want to hear from them so that we can go into more detail." Construction defect law firms that have a proven track record of success in protecting homeowners, and/or homeowners associations in their state, can call the Homeowners Consumer Center anytime at 866-714-6466, or they can visit the groups Web site at http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.com

The goal of this Homeowners Consumer Center's National Construction Defect Initiative is to give homeowners in each state a way to not get stuck with the repair bill, because a national, or regional homebuilder did a poor job building the condominium or subdivision, or the condominiums or homes were built with defective construction material.

According to the group, "In many to most cases, the homeowner or homeowners do not connect the dots and realize they have rights, or recourse against the homebuilder. In many cases this is due to the fact their property management company was hired by the homebuilder. We are about to change the rules, and allow homeowners instant access to a law firm, or law firms in their state, that have the experience and expertise to make things right. This initiative is all about doing the right thing for innocent homeowners in each state."

The Construction Defect Initiative should be of particular interest to established construction defect law firms in California, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Colorado, Maryland, South Carolina, Texas, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, Alaska, Utah, Pennsylvania, Idaho, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Oklahoma & Missouri. The Homeowners Consumer Center is going to modify the Homeowners Consumer Center Web site with a construction defect page that will include each participating law firm & their contact information. They will also do national press releases, twice a month, that will focus on condominium homeowners or homeowners in mid size to larger subdivisions that focus on the following issues:

Mold or mildew issues in the home

Leaking roofs

Failed windows or doors

Plumbing defects or defective plumbing parts

Siding or stucco issues

Electrical issues

Defective construction material

"We know these are potentially huge problems in most newer US homes built since 2002. We also know that in many, to most of the states we have listed, undocumented workers built most of the new homes or condominiums. New residential construction in the US is a tragedy, and we are going to get help for these innocent victims in 2009."

*Note: Some defective construction products or defective building material cases could result in regional or national class action law suits.

Construction defect law firms that would like to learn more about this national construction defect initiative can call the Homeowners Consumer Center anytime at 866-714-6466, or visit their Web site at http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.com. There is a modest fee involved in participation that will cover the costs involved in the press releases, Web listing & intake of homeowner complaints.

If you have a colleague or a law firm that specializes in construction defect work in behalf of homeowners, please share this press release with them, along with the invitation to call the Homeowners Consumer Center for more information.

The Homeowners Consumer Center is all about homeowner protection and corporate responsibility.
